Each of these principals can be discussed further and in my blogs.

3. Whatever you choose to do for your "job" needs to be something that fulfills you.
4. Genetics is a part of what makes you health or unhealthy but not the only thing.
5. Eating the right things at the right time the right way is critical to your health.
6. Knowing how to fast is critical to a healthy lifestyle.
7. Controlling how much of "bad" things that you consume is important.
8. Sleeping right is critical to your health.
9. Meditation can be helpful for a happy life and good health.
10. Having goals and knowing how to build them is important to a healthy lifestyle.
11. Proper exercise can help you be healthier.
There are many more things that i could mention but the next thing we will look at is some of the basis for understanding how to understand yourself. Below I will address the importance of body type.
Each of us has a specific body type with characteristics that are important to understand. There are basically three types of physical bodies that embody the make up of each of us.
I will use terms that come from the ancient science of the East Indian Culture known as Ayurveda. This system of looking at the human body is believed to be over 5000 year old. In the ancient Sanscrit language Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge. so Ayurveda vitually means the knowledge of life. This is a system that still has much to teach us today. The most important thing to understand about Ayurveda is that it is actually a system that looks at the whole human system and is designed to help one live a more complete life. Doshas are the three forces that makes up and maintain the body. These Doshas or body humors are present throughout the body and maintain the body in a full working state when they are in balance and when out of balance the result is disease. The Ayurveda the system uses 5 elements that are found in all living things. These elements are not like what we think about as elements in chemistry. Rather they are placeholders that allow the us to understand how the human body and all living things interact. The Doshas are made up of the five fundemental elements.
There are three Dosha types listed below
These Doshas are present in all of us right from the time of conception. The mix of these Doshas determines our make up it is very similar to the mixing of primary colors to get different shades of color. Just like colors can be different so we are each different.
The body type of any persocan be determined by the amount of each Dosha in their body. Although as they get out of balance they may change the base character of a person is determined by the main Dosha that makes up their body.
Someone who is primarily influenced by the elements that make up vata are known as a Vata person
